Our approach incorporates some of the latest thinking in facilitating the transfer of implicit and explicit knowledge, encouraging and supporting identified experts to share their knowledge with a wider audience. We recognise that within every group there are experts and fabulous examples of good practice. Where gaps are identified, we facilitate input of expert knowledge.
