Intraining is a flourishing employability provider with experience in delivering employability and skills provision nationwide, enabling socially excluded individuals to move from benefit dependency into employment.

We deliver a wide range of employability programmes, including Pathways, Flexible New Deal, Community Task Force and Foundation Learning. All programmes delivered have a direct impact on decreasing unemployment, increasing workforce participation and improving regional and economic competitiveness.

Meeting the needs of the hardest to reach requires experience and empathy and our advisers do everything possible to encourage and motivate clients to succeed, building strong relationships and helping them to overcome difficult barriers along the way.

Intraining works closely with businesses to recruit and fill vacancies nationally, matching the right candidates to the right employment opportunities and providing advice and guidance where required. Partners and employers include JobCentre Plus, Skills Funding Agency, npower, Santander, Hoseseasons, Magnet and Dulux Decorator Centres.
