Pathways to Work

Pathways to Work is a package of support and training to help people who have been out of work due to an illness or disability.

The Pathways to Work programme has been developed to provide greater support for people claiming benefits due to illness or disability, so that they can get back into work or get closer to gaining employment.

The Pathways to Work programme is based around a series of work focused interviews with a personal advisor and there is opportunity to develop skills to find a careers that suits individual needs and interests.

Intraining works in partnership with Jobcentre Plus to deliver this programme in North-East Yorkshire and the Humber, and Cheshire and Warrington.
