Flexible Routeways is an ESF programme and is for people who need help and support to overcome the barriers that are preventing them from finding employment

Flexible Routeways is a programme designed to meet the needs of individuals and is available to people from 16 to 65 years old who are struggling to find work due to various issues, including child care, illness or disabilties, housing and social issues.
