Ryan joined Kensington Financial Consultants as a college leaver at 19. With four A levels but no particular career route in mind he began by filing documents before becoming a loan adviser.

Proving to be a natural within the industry, he quickly moved into secured lending, passing with flying colours his Business Administration Level 2 and acquiring several financial industry qualifications along the way.

Ryan was then offered an even more demanding role playing an integral role in the development of a new insurance product and in helping to streamline some of the companys internal systems.

Ryan then went on to develop his gift for innovation and leadership to the full. Now 21, he is currently responsible for the development and implementation of a new IT project likely to benefit all 160 staff.

Described by his employer as a true credit to the business, Ryan has an exciting career ahead. He won a Caribbean cruise from the company for his outstanding commitment and performance and plans to progress to NVQ Level 3.
