Apprenticeship (Level 2)
This programme concentrates on giving customers a positive impression, ensuring actions reduce health and safety risks,
developing effectiveness at work, and helping to develop positive relationships.
Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3)
This programme focuses on developing the skills necessary to improve the customer relationship and generate increased travel and tourism sales. Employees will be required to maintain supportive relationships with customers, organise promotional activities, monitor customer feedback and analyse tourism data.
