Available at Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship levels, our programmes in Travel & Tourism help businesses improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations. By developing a good understanding of the travel and tourism industry and developing customer service and sales skills, employees get a true sense of their own value in the operation
and potential for making a positive contribution towards the development of business.

Apprenticeship (Level 2)
This programme concentrates on giving customers a good impression of employees and the business they work for. Employees also develop an understanding about how to reduce health and safety risks, and develop and maintain
effectiveness at work.

Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3)
This programme concentrates on developing the skills necessary to improve the customer relationship and generate increased travel and tourism sales. As part of their training, employees will be required to organise their work and
personal development, sell travel and tourism products and contribute to business development.
