Our programmes aim to enhance employees IT skills and concentrate on core skills such as the use of IT, trouble
shooting, IT maintenance, internet and intranets, e-mail, spreadsheets, database, presentation, website and
word processing software.

Apprenticeship (Level 2) IT Users
This programme reviews the use of common Microsoft packages and confirms best practice to ensure efficient working. It is suitable for employees who use IT in their everyday job and are looking to accredit and develop their current skills increasing efficiency and broadening their skills base in a range of work activities that are not always routine and predictable. Their job role will need to have some autonomy and responsibility and may require them to work as part of a team.
