Team Leading & Management

Our programmes in Team Leading and Management are designed to help employees to develop communication, supervisory and customer care skills. Employees must contribute to the development of their teams through effective performance management and continual target monitoring to meet business objectives.

Team Leading Apprenticeship (Level 2)
This programme concentrates on managing resources and leading employees, developing productive working relationships with colleagues and health and safety risk reduction.

Management Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3)
Employees who have at least twelve months experience in a line management role will benefit from completing the Advanced Apprenticeship. As part of their training, employees will engage in a variety of activities including managing staff performance, staff appraisal, training and development, effective communication at all levels and managing resources.
