Retail

Our programmes in Retail help employees to develop a broad range of retail skills. They are designed to cover a variety of
roles in the retail environment, developing competent and well trained people.

Apprenticeship (Level 2)
This programme concentrates on maximising product sales, stock promotion and on-shelf availability, processing of payments, orders and returned goods, and customer service, advice and care.

Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3)
This programme has three potential pathways: Management, Sales Professional and Visual Merchandising. Each pathway focuses on developing the skills necessary to work at a supervisory level in the area, organising tasks, taking responsibility for their completion and looking to develop yourself and others whilst doing so.

Companies who have implemented these qualifications through Intraining: Debenhams, Focus, Magnet and The Co-Operative Group.
