Sales and Telesales

Sales Apprenticeship (Level 2)
This programme provides employees with the skills required to work in a sales role and environment. Employees will develop sales techniques and strategies that can be applied in a variety of job roles and industries. The programme is designed for those who are responsible for selling products or services, or supporting the sales process as part of their job role.
This programme concentrates on managing and prioritising resources, planning and preparing to maximise sales, techniques for selling face-to-face, and ensuring a sale is tracked until completion.

Telesales Apprenticeship (Level 2)
This programme helps employees to develop effective techniques to sell products or services to customers over the telephone. These skills can apply to many industries such as travel, banking, finance, recruitment or telecommunications. The programme is aimed at those who deal with customers over the telephone, selling products or services. This programme concentrates on managing and prioritising resources, developing, implementing and monitoring call plans and techniques for selling over the phone.
