Consulting has launched the first Intraining Management Development Programme.

Developed and delivered by Mike Rix and Kristi Hudson from Intraining NTP Consulting, this new initiative will drive forward our business success by developing and maximising the management skills and knowledge of Managers within the delivery team of Intraining NTP.

The Management Development Programme will run over the next six months and during this time learning will be transferred into the creation of business improvements, specifically in business development, learning delivery, processes and procedures. At the end of the course, delegates also benefit from gaining a professional qualification from Leeds Metropolitan University.
