    Training Programmes

    Intraining delivers a wide range of employability programmes across the UK.

    Pathways to Work

    Pathways to Work is a package of support and training to help people who have been out of work due to an illness or disability.

    Initial Steps

    Initial Steps helps remove barriers to employment for unemployed people, building confidence and delivering specialist support tailored to individual needs.

    Routes into Work

    This programme is part of the Young Person's Guarantee and offers support to help people to find work and provides opportunity to gain skills and experience in sectors of interest.

    Work Focused Training

    Work Focused Training provides support to give young people in long-term unemployment the opportunity to train in sectors that currently have a shortage of staff.

    Community Task Force (CTF)

    CTF is part of It the Department for Work and Pension's Young Person's Guarantee. It enables employers to give young people the skills to obtain a job whilst at the same time benefiting the community.

    LTD Programme

    This is an ESF funded programme that helps the long term unemployed and those people suffering disadvantages to find and secure work.

    Employability Skills Programme (ESP)

    The ESP offers people a programme that recognises their individual needs and helps them to enhance their employability skills, improve their literacy, language and numeracy skills.

    Entry to Employment (E2e)

    This programme is for 16 to 18 year olds who are not in education, employment or further training. It helps young people to develop and make positive decisons about their future.

    IGEN

    Intraining delivers the IGEN course that can help people to improve their Maths, English and Employability Skills, and gain recognised qualifications.

    Flexible Routeways

    Flexible Routeways is an ESF programme and is for people who need help and support to overcome the barriers that are preventing them from finding employment
