It's free, and can help you find the best way to achieve your goals through new and exciting challenges that will put you on the road to a successful new career.

Our flexible programme is individually tailored  so you get to decide which areas you need help and support with.

We know it’s tough out there, so we want to support you in every way we can. In some cases, we can even pay for local travel as well as pay learners upon completion of a qualification.

Not only do we support learners into employment, but we track learners whilst in employment to ensure sustainability and fulfilment within their new role. We hold regular presentations with our apprenticeship teams including Q&A sessions about what employers really want.

We organise team building and enrichment days, such as theme park visits, pamper days for the girls and sporting tournaments (Intraining Olympics). At Intraining we offer ongoing advice and guidance, including one-2-one support, plus our internal vocational choices fit in with our Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships offer.
