We run a variety of different programmes aimed at helping a wide range of people. From those who are out of work receiving benefits and need help and support to find a job, to those who want to start an apprenticeship or simply continue learning, we can help.

Intraining works closely with regional and national employers across a wide range of sectors delivering accredited training that focuses on practical, real world skills. You can find out more about the types of training and courses that are available to you in this section.

Bright Futures is for 16 – 18 year olds that are not currently in education or training

Work Programme is for anyone aged 19+ who has been unemployed for 6 months

Work Skills Programme is for anyone aged 19+ and in receipt of benefits

Employment Gateway is for anyone receiving Job Seekers Allowance (JSA), Employment Support Allowance (ESA) or inactive benefits
